影响环县煤制备高质量分数水煤浆的因素研究

Study on influence factor of preparing high mass fraction coal-water slurry from Huanxian coal

摘要: 基于对环县煤煤质分析,考察了水用量、添加剂用量及煤粉级配对其制备高质量分数水煤浆的影响。试验结果表明:水用量对水煤浆的质量分数影响较小,添加剂用量和煤粉级配对水煤浆的质量分数影响较大;水用量为32 g、添加剂用量为0.50%~0.60%、煤粉粗细粒质量比为1.60～1.70时,水煤浆质量分数可达68.40%,制浆效果较好。

Abstract: Based on analyzing characteristic of Huanxian coal,investigated the effect of additive dosage, amount of water and coal powder ration on coal-water slurry（CWS）. The results showed that the effect of water amount is less on the mass fraction of CWS. When the water quantity is 32 g,the additive dosage is 0. 50%~0. 60%,and the ratio of coarser/fine coal between 1. 60 to 1. 70,the slurry mass fraction can reach 68. 40%,and slurry has a good stability.
