Abstract: The reformation plan presented based on the problem of scraper conveyor driving device in pressure filter chamber is unreasonable in Shuangliu coal preparation plant,the connection mode of scraper conveyor motor and reducer replaced from splined connection by spine pair wheel connection,replace the fpressure filtration storehouse of scraper conveyor,scraper,damaged and sprocket chain,connecting ring in a timely manner,and pressure chain climbing is arranged on the bottom chain. The successful reformation of scraper conveyor driving device connection mode in pressure filtration chamber,ensured the work reliability of the device,reduced the sudden mechanical failure,provides the powerful safeguard for the normal production of coal preparation plant.
