Abstract: To solve the problem of belt conveyor sweeper not cleaning belt in time at Fangezhuang coal preparation plant of Kailuan Energy and Chemical Co Ltd,the squeeze roller belt sweeper is developed. Introduced the structure,working principle,characteristics,operating essentials and technical parameters of the squeeze roll belt sweeper,analyzed the application effects and economic benefits of the device. With the application of squeeze roll belt sweeper,effectively solved the problem of coal accumulation on coal belt conveyor corridor and conveyor belt deviation,also reduced production costs and labor intensity.
