星村煤矿选煤厂煤泥水优化处理实践

    The practice of coal slurry optimized treatment in the Xingcun coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为解决星村煤矿选煤厂煤泥水沉降效果差、合介煤泥含量高、分选系统及产品指标波动较大的问题,对原工艺设备和药剂制度进行改造和优化。通过加强细煤泥回收力度、交替使用浓缩池、降低原煤入选量及优化药剂制度等措施,使循环水浓度保持在3 g/L以下,合介煤泥含量降低,分选系统及产品指标稳定,工艺系统运行正常。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problems of poor settling effect of coal slurry,high slime content of qualified medium and the unstable of separation system and product index in Xingcun coal preparation plant,optimized and reformed the original process equipment and regime of agent. By taken measures of strengthen fine slime recovering,alternate using thickener,reducing washed quantity of raw coal and optimizing flotation reagent system,the concentration of circulating water maintained below 3 g/L,the slime content of qualified medium reduced and separation system reaches stability,eventually,the process system operated normally.
