摘要: 以数值计算与有限元分析为手段,对XJM-S60型浮选机槽底设计进行了分析和优化,结果表明,通过肋板延长并增加8块座板,可使槽底整体应力分布较为均匀,并显著改善了座板与肋板接触处的应力集中现象,使结构刚度得到有效提高,满足了强度要求。Abstract: By means of numerical calculation and finite element analysis,studied and optimized the original design of really bottom of XJM-S60 flotation machine.The result shows through extending ribs and adding 8 seat plates,the stress distribution is evenly on entire bottom,significantly reduced the stress concentration at the contact point of rib and seat plate,and improved the rigidity of structure,which satisfied the requirement of the strength.
