十二烷基苯与十二烷煤泥浮选试验研究

    Experimental study of slime flotation using dodecyl benzene and dodecane

    • 摘要: 为了比较芳基与烷基药剂的煤泥浮选效果,以十二烷基苯、正十二烷、异十二烷做捕收剂,对新兴煤泥进行了浮选试验。结果表明:浮选新兴煤泥的最佳矿浆浓度为100 g/L,捕收剂与起泡剂的质量比为10∶1;在不同药剂用量条件下,十二烷基苯的浮选效果均优于正十二烷和异十二烷;在最佳捕收剂用量1.25 kg/t条件下,十二烷基苯的精煤产率、可燃体回收率和浮选完善指标分别比正十二烷高5.24、6.11、2.37个百分点,比异十二烷高1.62、2.03、1.41个百分点。

       

      Abstract: To compare the coal slime flotation effect of using aryl and alkyl agent,taking dodecyl benzene,dodecane and isododecane as collectors,and use Xinxing coal as test samples,conducted the coal slime flotation tests.The results show that for flotation of Xinxing slime,the best pulp density is 100g/L and mass ratio of collector and frother is 10∶ 1.Under the condition of different dosage,the flotation effect of dodecyl benzene is better than that of dodecane or isododecane.Undeer the best collector dosage of 1.25kg/t,the yield of clean coal,combustible matter recovery and flotation perfect index by using of dodecyl benzene is higher 5.24%,6.11% and 2.37% respectively than using of dodecane,and higher 1.62%,2.03% and 1.41% respectively than using of isododecane.
