福瑞选煤厂降低浮选精煤水分的研究与对策

    Study and countermeasures of reducing water content of flotation clean coal

    • 摘要: 针对浮选系统加压过滤机仓压低、排料周期长、浮选精煤水分过高等问题,提出向浮选精矿池掺粗的方法,以改善其入料粒级特性、改善仓压和排料周期,最终实现了降低浮选精煤水分的目的。试验结果表明:当掺粗阀开度为10%,主轴转速为0.85 r/min时,加压过滤机仓压由180 kPa以下提高到220 kPa以上,排料周期由300 s以上缩短到240 s以下,浮选精煤水分降至18%以下,同时解决了浮选精矿池冒料问题。

       

      Abstract: According to the problems of low cabin pressure,long discharge cycle and higher water content of flotation clean coal of pressure filter in flotation system,take the measures of bettering size characteristics of feed,improving the cabin pressure and discharge cycle to reduce the water content of clean coal.The results showed that when the opening degree of coarse particle adding valve is 10%,velocity of main shaft is 0.85 r/min,cabin pressure increased from below 180 kpa to more than 220 kpa,and the discharge cycle shortened from 300 s to 240 s,the water content of flotation clean coal reduced below 18%,and also solved the problem of the run out of flotation clean coal pool.
