Abstract: In order to solve the problems of excess coarse slime in the raw coal,Pingdingshan Hongying coal preparation Co Ltd conducted the technology reformation on coarse slime system using FBS2400 fluidized bed separator.The article introduced the structure,operating principle,technical features of FBS2400 separator and its application in coarse slime separation.The production practice showed that the FBS2400 separator can effectively recover the qualified clean coal from the slime water,the ash content of clean coarse coal controlled in the limit of 10% ~11%,significantly reduced the medium and energy consumption,and improved comprehensive economic benefits for the coal preparation plant.
