炼焦煤选煤厂机械选矸作业入料粒度下限的探讨

    Research on low limit of particle size of mechanical refuse discharge in coking coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 在简要阐述降低机械选矸作业入料粒度下限利弊的基础上,提出了选矸作业入料粒度下限确定的主要原则,并根据此原则,对大屯矿区选煤厂选矸作业入料粒度下限进行了探讨与分析,得出大屯矿区选煤厂选矸作业入料下限以25 mm为宜,可选用浅槽重介质分选机作为机械选矸设备。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of decreasing the low limit of particle size of mechanical refuse discharging,presented the main principle of determining the low limit of particle size of refuse discharge,and according to that principle,researched the low limit of particle size of refuse discharge in coal preparation plants of Datun mining area,finally concluded that in Datun mining area,the low limit of particle size can be determined as 25 mm,and taking the shallow bath dense medium separator for mechanical refuse discharging.
