Abstract: To solved the problem of the lubricant is not filled in place so that caused the damage of equipment during the coal separation process,which seriously affecting the production.Based on the establishing,enhancing the lubrication management system,and innovating the lubricant filling method,that is the method of filling the points of bearing of vibrating screen exciter and scraper bearing of flotation cell is replaced hand filling by high pressure oil filling,so that significantly improved the equipment lubricating effect and guaranteed the equipment safety and effectively worked.
