Abstract: According to the adverse situation of stagnation or negative growth of coal industry,using the diamond model analyzed six major factors affecting the development of coal industry,fund out the key affecting the competitiveness of the coal industry,and presents the suggestion to increase the competitiveness of coal industry in China.
