基于多元线性回归的洗混煤低位发热量数学模型研究

    Research on low calorific value blend coal mathematical model based on multiple linear regressions

    • 摘要: 以朔州中煤平朔能源有限公司选煤厂洗混煤全水分、空气干燥基灰分、空气干燥基挥发分、收到基低位发热量统计数据为基础,利用多元线性回归方法建立适用于预测该厂洗混煤低位发热量的数学模型,用于快灰、快水试验报告的综合审查。该预测方法的建立健全对于煤质检测工作具有一定的指导意义。

       

      Abstract: Based on the statistical data of total water content,air-drying ash content,air-drying volatile and receired basis low calorific value of washed blend coal in Pingshuo Energy Sources Co Ltd coal preparation plant,using multiple linear regression method to establish mathematical model which is suitable for predicting the low calorific value of washed blend coal of the plant. This mathematical model can comprehensively check the report of quick ash and water tests. The establishing and perfecting of the prediction method has a certain guiding significance for coal quality monitoring.
