多槽浮选机的非线性设计研究

    Non-linear design and research of multiple-cell floatation machine

    • 摘要: 结合选煤厂实际生产情况,对传统多槽浮选机的分选过程进行理论分析,基于旋流-静态微泡浮选柱的设计原理,提出多槽浮选机的非线性设计思想,并对其可行性进行验证。试验结果表明:多槽浮选机的非线性设计有利于分选过程的最优化,该结果为多槽浮选机的非线性设计提供一定理论依据。

       

      Abstract: Combined with the actual production situation of coal preparation plant,analyzed the separation process of traditional multiple-cell flotation,based on the cyclonic-static micro bubble flotation column,and put forward the nonlinear design idea of the multiple-cell flotation machine,and verified its feasibility. The test results show that the multi nonlinear design of flotation machine is favor to process optimization; the results provide certain theory basis for designing of multiple-cell flotation machine.
