新型煤泥浮选自乳化捕收剂SEC的应用研究

Research and application of new SEC self-emulsifying collector for slime flotation

摘要: 为了查看SEC具体的浮选效果,以大屯选煤厂煤泥为研究对象,在对其性质分析基础上,采用捕收剂SEC、柴油、CLM1^#、CLM2^#、纳尔科及起泡剂GF进行浮选对比试验,并对SEC、GF的最佳用量进行探索。试验结果表明:SEC的捕收性能优于其他试验捕收剂,对于大屯煤泥来说,在SEC用量为300 g/t、GF用量为75 g/t时,浮选精煤产率为74.63%,灰分为8.51%,浮选完善指标为57.91%;与柴油相比,在相同浮选指标下,SEC可节省2/3的药剂用量。

Abstract: To know the true flotation effect of SEC,take the slime of Datun coal preparation plant as research object,and based on the analysis of its characteristics,conducted the flotation contrast test using the collector SEC,diesel oil,CLM1^#,CLM2^#,Nalco and GF foaming agent,and investigated the best dosage of SEC and GF. The results show that the collecting ability of SEC is stronger than that of other agents. For coal slime in Datun coal preparation plant,with the dosage of SEC is 300 g/t and GF is 75 g/t,the clean coal yield is 74. 63%,ash content is 8. 51% and the perfection index is 57. 91%.Compared with diesel oil,using SEC can save more than 2/3 dosage of agent.
