朝川焦化有限公司洗煤厂浮选精煤水分的控制研究

    Research on controlling of moisture of flotation clean coal in Chaochuan coking chemical Co Ltd coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为降低平顶山朝川焦化有限公司洗煤厂浮选精煤水分,对GPJ-120型加压过滤机的工作压力和主轴转速进行优化。研究结果表明:在煤质保持不变的条件下,加压过滤机工作压力为0.35 MPa,主轴转速分别为1.10 r/min(主焦精煤)、1.25 r/min(1/3焦精煤)时,浮选精煤水分可以控制在最佳范围内,对总精煤的质量影响最小。

       

      Abstract: To reduce the moisture of clean coal in Chaochuan coking chemical Co Ltd coal preparation plant,optimized the operation pressure and speed of main shaft of GPJ-120 hyperbaric filter. The results show that under condition of coal quality unchanged,the working pressure is 0. 35 MPa,the speed of main shaft is 1. 10 r/min(for coking clean coal) and 1. 25 r/min(for 1/3 coking clean coal),the moisture of flotation clean coal can be controlled in best limit,which has minimum effect on quality of total clean coal.
