含碳砷低品位氧化金矿石磨矿-全泥氰化浸出工艺研究

    Research on grinding-cyaniding leaching process for low-grade oxidized gold ore containing carbon and arsenic

    • 摘要: 根据安徽绩溪含碳砷氧化金矿石的特性,采用磨矿-全泥氰化浸出工艺对含金量为1.35 g/t的低品位金矿石进行提炼。在对磨矿细度、浸出矿浆浓度、浸出时间、氰化物用量、调整剂种类优化的基础上,确定金矿石最佳浸出条件。在磨矿细度为95%、浸出矿浆浓度为33%、浸出时间为24 h、KCN用量为5 kg/t、NaOH用量为3 kg/t、矿浆pH值为11.5时,金的浸出率达87.41%,回收率较高。

       

      Abstract: According to the characteristics of oxide gold ore containing carbon and arsenic in Anhui Jixi,extracted and refined low grade gold ore with gold content of 1. 35 g/t by grinding-cyaniding leaching process. Based on the optimizing the grinding fineness,pulp concentration,leaching time,cyanide dosage and type of adjusting agent,determined the optimum leaching conditions of gold ore. When the grinding fineness is 95%,slurry concentration is 33%,extraction time is 24 h,the dosage of KCN is 5 kg/t,the dosage of NaOH is 3 kg/t and the pH value is 11. 5,the gold leaching rate can up to87. 41%,which is relatively high recovery rate.
