Abstract: In order to meet the demand of quick shooting the common mechanical fault of XJM series floatation machine in site,ensure the equipment operated properly and effectively,According to feedback of user in the installation and application of this flotation machine,combined with the experiments of development,manufacture and after sell service of Tangshan Research Institute Co Ltd,China Coal Technology ＆ Engineering Group,analyzed the reasons of common mechanical fault,and put forward the corresponding solutions.
