中煤再选工艺在屯兰选煤厂的应用研究

    Research and application of middlings re-cleaning process in Tunlan coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 从50~0 mm粒级和0.5~0 mm粒级粒度组成、50~0.5 mm粒级浮沉特性三方面对屯兰选煤厂中煤再选的可行性进行研究,并对再选工艺进行确定。研究表明:将中煤破碎至<3 mm,采用重介旋流器分选,可获得产率为27.78%、灰分为10.50%的精煤,经济效益可观。

       

      Abstract: The feasibility study of re-cleaning middlings conducted on size composition of 50~0 mm size fraction and 0. 5~0 mm size fraction,as well as float and sink feature of 50~0. 5 mm size fraction in Tunlan coal preparation plant,three part,also conformed the re-cleaning process. The research result shows that the size fraction of middlings crushed to less than 3 mm,and separated by dense medium cyclone,the clean coal yield is 27. 78% with the ash content of 10. 50%,which obtained remarkable economic benefit.
