Abstract: Take the product moisture and centrifugal liquid concentration as evaluation index,based on the research on production testing data of TEMA H1000 horizontal scraper centrifuge in China coal Pingshuo energy Co Ltd coal preparation plant,analyzed the factors of feeding concentration,particle size composition,gap between basket and blade,basket aperture,and separation factor which influencing the dewatering effect of centrifuge,and also analyzed its application effect in the plant,so that look forward to provide reference to production management of coal preparation plant using same type of equipment.
