Abstract: To counter the issues of the poor effect in operation of dewatering,desliming,medium draining,as well as coal accumulated on the wall of sieve bend in Xinzhuangzi coal preparation plant,the beater installed in the center of the sieve bend,and designed the accordance operation and reset program to control the operation and reset of the beater. After the beater and program put into operation,the operation and reset of beater automatic controlled in whole process,and with low failure rate and operated stable.
