Abstract: Based on the analysis of coal sample in Juncheng coal preparation plant,determined the raw coal separation flowsheet,also analyzed the process design and layout characteristics of the flowsheet.This coal preparation plant has reasonable coal separation method,scientifically control system,comprehensive medium recovering method,and surface process and main building arrangement compact and practical. After putting into operation,various technical indicators have reached the design requirements,which have a certain reference to the design of same type coal preparation plant.
