粉煤灰基无机絮凝剂絮凝效果影响因素分析

    Analysis of influence factors of fly ash basis inorganic flocculant on flocculation effect

    • 摘要: 为探索粉煤灰基无机絮凝剂不同影响因素对煤泥水絮凝效果的影响程度,以自制絮凝剂为研究对象,通过絮凝沉降试验分析煤泥水温度、搅拌速度、搅拌时间、pH值、絮凝剂用量对其絮凝效果的影响。试验表明:搅拌速度和搅拌时间对煤泥水絮凝效果的影响最显著,其他因素影响较小;试验条件下,搅拌速度为50 r/min、搅拌时间为2 min、煤泥水温度为30℃、pH值为9、絮凝剂用量为1 000 mg/L时,煤泥水絮凝效果最好,浊度为150 NTU。

       

      Abstract: To understand effect of fly ash basis inorganic flocculant on coal slurry flocculation in different influence factors,self-made flocculant is studied to analyze the effect of coal slurry temperature,stirring speed and time,p H value,dosage of floccutant on coal slurry flocculation by settlement test. The results show that stirring speed and time have the most significant effect on coal slurry flocculation,other factors have less influence; under experimental conditions,coal slurry flocculation effect can achieve the best with turbidity of 150 NTU when stirring speed is 50 r/min,stirring time is 2 min,coal slurry temperature is 30 ℃,p H value is 9 and dosage of flocculant is 1 000 mg/L.
