铁东选煤厂浮选药剂选择试验

    Experiment study on flotation reagent selection in Tiedong coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 针对七台河铁东选煤厂浮选精煤灰分高的问题,分别选用复合药剂MB2和MB25、捕收剂THT92和煤油、起泡剂仲辛醇进行浮选药剂选择试验和浮选速度试验,确定最佳浮选药剂种类及其用量。研究表明:在试验条件下,捕收剂选用THT92,起泡剂选用仲辛醇,且其用量分别为120、24.60 g/t时,煤泥浮选效果最好;此时,浮选精煤产率为59.50%,灰分为6.92%,浮选完善指标为67.73%,浮选精煤可燃体回收率为80.82%。该研究可为铁东选煤厂的煤泥高效浮选和精煤质量的提高提供一定参考。

       

      Abstract: To lower ash content of flotation concentrate in Qitaihe Tiedong coal preparation plant,taking MB2 and MB25 compound reagents,THT92 collector,kerosene,2-octyl alcohol foaming agent respectively,flotation reagents selection and flotation velocity test are made to determine optimal reagents kinds and dosage. The results show that the best flotation effect is obtained when dosage of THT92 collector and2-octyl alcohol foaming agent are 120 g/t,24. 6g/t respectively; yield and ash of flotation concentrate,flotation perfection index,combustible recovery reaches 59. 50%,6. 92%,67. 73%,80. 82%,respectively.
