XJM-KS系列浮选机矿化器的研究与应用

    Study and application of mineralizing device used on XJM-KS series flotation machine

    • 摘要: 为解决与XJM-S系列浮选机配套的矿浆预处理器在设备大型化和老厂改造过程中出现的问题,研制出具有矿浆预处理功能的矿化器。对矿化器的流体力学特性进行研究,分析了影响其工作效果的主要结构参数,并提出矿化器结构参数的确定方法。研究表明:影响矿化器工作效果的主要结构参数为矿化器横截面面积比m,当m取值范围在4~6时,煤泥浮选效果良好;就应用效果来说,采用矿化器的XJM-KS系列浮选机优于采用矿浆预处理器的XJM-S系列浮选机。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problems caused by pulp preprocessor used together with XJM-S series flotation machine in the process of enlarging equipment and modifying old plant,mineralizing device with the function of pulp preprocessor is developed,and then its amplification criterion is given by analysis of fluid mechanics characteristic and main structure parameters affecting operation. The study shows that cross-sectional area ratio m is the main structure parameters affecting operation of mineralizing device; flotation effect of coal slime is better when value of m ranges between 4 and 6. The application shows that XIM-KS series flotation machine with mineralizing device is preferred to the XJM-S series flotation machine with pulp preprocessor.
