在线γ射线煤灰分仪标定方法的改进

    Improvement of on-line γ-ray coal ash monitors calibration method

    • 摘要: 为解决在线γ射线煤灰分仪在指导配煤时不能适应原煤煤质变化大、变化周期短及仪器标定需要人力、物力、时间多的问题,采用"每天检查、3天比对"的方案对灰分仪进行标定。实践表明:采用该方案标定的灰分仪,对原煤煤质变化的适应能力强,减少了采制样、化验的工作量,有效解决了原标定法所需资源多,需要设备带负荷停机的问题。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problems caused by γ-ray coal ash monitors poor adaptability to raw coal properties variation,variation in short period in coal blending as well as costing much labor power,material resources and time,the method called "inspection every day,comparison every three days" is made to set ash monitors. The application shows that this method improves the device adaptability to raw coal properties variation and solves many problems existing in previous calibration method like requiring much resource,machine downtime with load; and that a lot of workload is reduced like sampling,sample preparation and assay.
