三锥角水介质旋流器应用效果分析

    Application analysis of three taper angles hydrocyclone

    • 摘要: 针对方山选煤厂粗煤泥含量高,重介质旋流器分选精度低,介耗高的问题,采用三锥角水介质旋流器代替FJ710×3水力分级旋流器对粗煤泥进行分选。介绍了该旋流器的结构、工作原理、技术特点、技术参数,并分析了其在方山选煤厂的应用情况。生产实践表明:三锥角水介质旋流器的应用,不但解决了粗煤泥的有效分选问题,使吨煤介耗明显下降,而且提高了原煤入选量和精煤产品质量的合格率。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of high content of coarse coal slime,low separation accuracy and big medium consumption of heavy medium cyclones,three taper angles hydrocyclone is used to separate coarse coal slime instead of FJ710 × 3 hydraulic classification cyclones; Moreover,structure,working principle,technical characteristic and parameters,application of the hydrocyclone are introduced and analyzed. The application shows that coarse coal slime is separated effectively and medium consumption is reduced obviously,and that capacity of washing raw coal is increased as well as quality of clean coal is improved better.
