Abstract: To improve medium draining effect and capacity of processing refuse about medium draining screen,ABS4373 single-deck banana screen is used for medium draining from refuse. This article not only introduces structure,working principle,technical feature and technical parameters of this banana screen,analyzes its service condition,but also offers maintenance measures on the basis of application in Jining No. 3 coal preparation plant. The application shows that capacity of processing refuse is upgraded from 300 t/h to 350 t/h,medium consumption is reduced from 2. 80 kg/t to 1. 60 kg/t,which can be significant for washing coal in this coal preparation plant.
