捕收剂和起泡剂对浮选精煤三相泡沫稳定性的影响

摘要: 为考察捕收剂和起泡剂对三相泡沫稳定性的影响,以山西庞庞塔选煤厂9号煤样的原生煤泥为研究对象,选用4种捕收剂和4种起泡剂进行了浮选试验,并采用振荡法测定了三相泡沫的稳定性。对比试验表明,随着捕收剂、起泡剂浓度的增加,泡沫稳定性逐渐增大;当药剂达到一定浓度时,泡沫稳定性到达最大值;此后,继续增大药剂浓度,泡沫稳定性有下降趋势。试验还表明,起泡剂与捕收剂的交互作用对泡沫稳定性产生了更加复杂的影响。Abstract: In order to understand effect of collecting agent and frothing agent on stability of three-phase clean coal froth in flotation,the primary slime of No. 9 coal sample from Shanxi Pangpangta coal preparation plant is studied by flotation test using four kinds of collecting agents and four kinds frothing agents,then the stability is determined by shaking method. The result shows that the stability is gradually improved as the concentration of collecting agent or frothing agent increases and will reach its maximum when agent concentration goes up to cut point,while the concentration continues to increase,it shows decline in stability. Moreover,interaction between collecting agent and frothing agent has a more complicated influence on stability of froth.
