煤浆提浓试验研究

    Study on increasing concentration of CWS

    • 摘要: 为了提高气化水煤浆浓度,采用新配方HD-8A添加剂,进行了神华上湾煤制浆过程中添加剂添加量、煤浆pH值与煤浆浓度关系的实验室研究,并在对制浆设备工艺参数调整的基础上进行了工业性试验。工业性试验结果表明:在HD-8A添加剂用量为3‰,煤浆pH值为8.35条件下,煤浆浓度可提高1.17个百分点;煤浆浓度每提高1个百分点,煤气有效成分(CO+H2)占比可提高1.1个百分点,比煤耗可降低10.08 kg/k Nm3,比氧耗可降低12.68 Nm3/k Nm3,且甲醇产量有所提高。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve concentration of CWS for gasification,the relations of CWS concentration to dosage of new additive HD-8A or pH value of coal slurry was studied in the laboratory about production process of CWS in Shangwan of Shenhua. In addition,industrial test were carried out on the basis of adjusting process parameters of the equipment for CWS preparation. The industrial test result shows that:concentration of CWS is increased 1. 62% in conditions of 3‰ dosage of new additive HD-8A and 8. 35 pH value of coal slurry; when concentration of CWS is increased 1%,proportion of effective gas(CO + H2) is increased 1. 1%,coal consumption is reduced 10. 08 kg producing 1 KNm3 coal gas,oxygen consumption per unite gas production is also decreased 12. 68 Nm3 at the same time the methanol production is increased.
