SKT排矸跳汰机的设计与应用

    Technical upgrade and application of the SKT jig for refuse removal

    • 摘要: 为了解决筛下空气式跳汰机预排矸入料上限低的问题,对SKT跳汰机空气室、排料系统、筛板结构和相关工艺参数进行了合理改进。改进后的SKT排矸跳汰机成功地应用于延安禾草沟二矿选煤厂预排矸系统,入料上限提高到200 mm,对25~200 mm粒级块原煤排矸,矸石中精煤平均损失为0.23%,中煤平均损失为1.99%,取得了良好效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve problem of low feeding size into air chamber under the bed jig for refuse pre-preparation,the key parameters of SKT jig are upgraded such as discharging device,air chamber,sieve plate etc. upgraded SKT jig with maximum feed 200 mm has been successfully applied to refuse pre-preparation system in Yan’an Hecaogou second mine coal preparation plant. The application shows that average loss of clean coal carried in refuse is 0. 23%,and average loss of middings carried in refuse is 1. 99%,when separting lump raw coal 25~200 mm.
