低阶煤浮选试验研究
Experimental study on low-rank coal flotation

摘要: 为探索低阶煤浮选的可行性,以陕西旬邑和神木、山西朔州、黑龙江七台河、内蒙古鄂尔多斯地区的低阶煤煤泥为研究对象,根据煤泥表面特性选择捕收剂,对其进行浮选试验。试验结果表明:在试验条件下,灰分为24%~50%的低阶煤煤泥浮选后可获得灰分为13%~20%的精煤,精煤可燃体回收率在60%~85%之间,发热量提高3.35~10.04 MJ/kg,降灰提质效果显著。针对试验过程中药剂消耗量较高、浮选选择性较差等问题,提出了应加强低阶煤高选择性浮选工艺技术与高效浮选药剂研究的建议。Abstract: In order to understand flotation feasibility of low-rank coal,taking low-rank coal slime from Shuozhou area in Shanxi province,Qitaihe in Heilongjiang province,Erdos in Inner Mongolia,Xunyi and Shenmu in Shaanxi province,flotation test is conducted by collecting agent suitable for surface properties of this coal. The result shows that clean coal with 13%-20% content of ash is obtained by flotation of the low-rank coal with 24%-50% content of ash; the recovery of combustibles is up to 60%-85%,with an increase of 3. 35-10. 04 MJ/kg in calorific value. Meanwhile,it is a proposal for optimizing flotation technology of this coal to reduce consumption of agent and improve selectivity of flotation.
