高铝粉煤灰中铝元素赋存规律研究

    Study on existent regularity of aluminum in high-alumina fly ash

    • 摘要: 为确定山西山阴电厂高铝粉煤灰中主要有价元素铝的赋存规律,以高铝粉煤灰为研究对象,结合炉前煤中铝元素的赋存状态,对粉煤灰中的铝元素赋存规律进行分析。研究结果表明:炉前煤中含有较多的富铝矿物高岭石,粉煤灰中的铝元素以无定型氧化铝形式存在;粉煤灰中的氧化铝含量高达32.42%,但铝硅比较低,且不同粒级的铝元素分布规律基本相同,难以通过简单的"拜耳法"或物理选矿法实现铝元素的有效提取。要实现该粉煤灰中氧化铝的高效提取,需要根据铝、硅的反应性差异,研发新的工艺方法。

       

      Abstract: In order to understand existent regularity of aluminum in high-alumina fly ash of Shanyin power plant in Shanxi province,taken high-alumina fly ash as sample,existent regularity of aluminum in it is analyzed on the basis of this regularity in unburned coal. The result shows that abundant aluminum minerals exist in unburned coal,such as kaolinite; aluminum in fly ash exists as unformed aluminum oxide reaching up to 32. 42%,while this percentage less than that of aluminum-silica. Meanwhile,the aluminum has same regularity in different particle size of fly ash so that it is difficult to extract aluminum by Bayer process or physical ore beneficiation. Trying to find a new way to extract aluminum from this fly ash is based on different reactivity of aluminum and silicon.
