后所煤矿选煤厂难沉降煤泥水沉降特性研究

    Research on sedimentation characteristics of difficult settling coal slurry from Housuo mine coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为探索后所煤矿选煤厂难沉降煤泥水的有效沉降方法,以该厂煤泥水为研究对象,基于煤泥水性质分析进行自然沉降试验、凝聚沉降试验、凝聚-絮凝联合沉降试验。试验结果表明:粘土矿物含量高,水的硬度小、浓度高,颗粒表面电负性强是煤泥水难沉降的主要原因;凝聚-絮凝联合沉降可显著提高煤泥水的沉降效果,当PAC、PAM用量分别为200、9 mg/L时,煤泥水沉降效果最好,上清液浊度为41.90 NTU,初始沉降速度为8.13 cm/min。

       

      Abstract: In order to find effective sedimentation methods of difficult settling coal slurry in Housuo mine coal preparation plant,free settling test,settling test using coagulant and this test using coagulant & flocculants are made on the basis of coal slurry properties. The result shows: the reason of difficult settling for coal slurry is caused by high content of clay mineral,water with small hardness and high concentration,strong electronegativity on the surface of particle; remarkable settling result of coal slurry can be improved by using coagulant & flocculants,what ’s more,the best settling result is obtained at dosage of 200 mL coagulant and 9 mL flocculants,with supernatant liquor of 41. 90 NTU turbidity and initial settling velocity of 8. 13 cm/min.
