星村煤矿选煤厂降低精煤水分的实践
Practice of reducing moisture content of clean coal in Xingcun mine coal preparation plant

摘要: 为解决星村煤矿选煤厂精煤水分高的问题,在对洗选系统调研的基础上,制定改造方案。通过增加末煤弧形筛振动电机,更换振动筛筛板,控制原煤入选量,提高末精煤离心机转速的措施,使精煤水分逐步降低,最终精煤水分保持在9%以下,为后续销售工作的顺利进行提供了有力保障。Abstract: In order to solve problem caused by high moisture of clean coal in Xingcun mine coal preparation plant,based on the analysis of coal washing system,the methods reducing moisture content are made by adding vibration motor of fine coal sieve bend,changing sieve plate of vibrating screen,with a control of raw coal feeding amount and an increase in rotating speed of fine clean coal centrifuge. The result shows that moisture content of clean coal can be lower 9%,providing a powerful guarantee for the subsequent sales.
