FGX复合式干选机分选平朔风氧化煤和杂煤的可行性分析

摘要: 针对平朔风氧化煤和杂煤量大、水分低、极细粒多的问题,在对原煤煤质分析的基础上,研究采用FGX复合式干选机对其进行分选的可行性,并对基于复合式干选机的干法选煤工艺进行确定。试验结果表明:FGX复合式干选机对风氧化煤和杂煤分选效果良好,精煤产率为62.02%,灰分下降13.39个百分点,低位发热量提高4.65 MJ/kg;矸石产率为25.06%,灰分高达73.54%,低位发热量为3.89 MJ/kg;中煤产率为12.92%,灰分为41.69%,低位发热量为15.55 MJ/kg。基于FGX复合式干选机的干法选煤技术工艺简单,成本低,投资少,可获得较好的经济效益和社会效益。Abstract: In order to solve problem of a large amount of weathering-oxidized coal and mixed coal with low content of moisture and many very fines in Pingshuo,on the basis of raw coal assay,feasibility of separating these coals by FGX compound dry washing machine is studied,established dry coal preparation technology. The result shows that FGX compound dry washing machine is preferred for separating these coals,and then by a 13. 39% drop in ash content,yield of clean coal reaches 62. 02% with a4. 65 MJ/kg increase in calorific value; gotten 25. 06% yield of refuse with 73. 54% ash content and3. 89 MJ/kg net calorific value as well as 12. 92% yield of middlings with 41. 69% ash content and15. 55 MJ/kg net calorific value. It is remarkable for economic and social benefit as the result of simple dry coal preparation technology and low cost.
