两产品重介质旋流器排矸工艺在大同矿区的应用

摘要: 大同矿区原煤排矸后可以满足优质动力煤产品的质量要求,两产品重介质旋流器排矸工艺、三产品重介质旋流器排矸工艺在该矿区均有应用;传统观点认为三产品重介质旋流器二段对悬浮液有浓缩作用,排矸灰分更高,矸石更纯,带煤量更小。生产实践表明:在保证分选密度的前提下,两产品重介质旋流器可获得与三产品重介质旋流器相同的排矸灰分和分选精度;在满足生产需要的同时,两产品重介质旋流器的分选精度、处理能力、单位能耗等更具优势。Abstract: Raw coal removed reject by two-product or three-product heavy medium cyclone in Datong mining area,can used as high quality thermal coal product. Traditional views focus on the function of thickening suspension in second stage of three-product heavy medium cyclone,which is beneficial to remove reject as much as possible with less coal carried into it. The actual production shows that the two-product heavy medium cyclone has the same separation result as the three-product one under the condition of stable separation density,however,the two-product cyclone is preferred as a result of high separation accuracy,large capacity and low power consumption.
