内蒙古凯达选煤厂难沉降煤泥水沉降试验研究

    Research on settlement characteristics of difficult settling coal slurry in kaida coal preparation plant of Inner Mongolia

    • 摘要: 针对内蒙古凯达选煤厂煤泥中高岭土含量高、微细颗粒所占比例大、难于沉降的特点,以内蒙古凯达选煤厂煤泥水为研究对象,研究了九种不同凝聚剂对该厂煤泥水的沉降效果。试验结果表明:对于该煤泥水,AlCl3作为凝聚剂沉降效果最好;并通过正交试验,得出AlCl3的最佳药剂用量为6 g/L,添加后以80 r/min的速度搅拌30 s,沉降效果最佳。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the coal slime that is characterized by high content of kaolin,large amount of micro- fines,difficult settling in kaida coal preparation plant of Inner Mongolia,settling effect of coal slurry from this plant was studied by using nine different coagulating agents. The test results show that coagulating agent Al Cl3 is the most appropriate for this coal slurry; the best settling effect is obtained by orthogonal experiment when the dosage of Al Cl3 is 6 g / L,stirring 30 s at a speed of 80 r / min.
