新安选煤厂原煤排矸工艺改造实践

    Modification on reject discharge technology for raw coal in Xin’an coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为解决新安选煤厂原煤液压动筛跳汰机排矸带煤量偏高、提质效果不理想、易泥化原煤处理效果差的问题,将液压动筛跳汰机排矸工艺改成浅槽重介质分选机排矸工艺。浅槽重介质分选机在新安选煤厂投入使用后,矸石带煤量降到0.6%以下,块精煤带矸量可保持在0.75%,块精煤质量明显提高,提质增效效果显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of poor separation caused by hydraulic moving sieve jig for raw coal,including high content of coal in reject,poor separation of raw coal easy degradation in water etc.,dense medium vessel is employed instead of the jig. The application shows that the content of coal in reject is reduced to below 0. 6%,and then the content of reject in lump clean coal keeps in 0. 75%,which improve clean coal quality.
