孔庄选煤厂粗煤泥脱泥系统技术改造

    Technical modification on coarse slime desliming system in Kongzhuang coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为解决孔庄选煤厂振动弧形筛脱泥脱水效果差引起的粗精煤泥灰分高、水分高的问题,在对粗煤泥脱泥脱水工艺比选的基础上,结合工艺流程、系统可靠性、投资费用、运行成本等因素,确定改造方案。生产实践表明:脱泥系统技术改造后,粗精煤泥灰分下降11.92个百分点,中煤中精煤含量下降18个百分点以上,综合精煤产率提高3.79个百分点,经济效益显著。

       

      Abstract: To improve coarse clean coal slime with high ash and moisture caused by poor vibrating sieve bend in Kongzhang coal preparation plant,comparing coarse coal slime separation technology in form of technological process,system reliability,cost etc.,modification plan is determined. The application shows that the ash of coarse clean coal slime is decreased by 11. 92 percent,the percentage of clean coal carried in middlings is reduced by 18 percent,which gives rise to 3. 79 percent increase in yield of clean coal and to obtaining remarkable profits.
