浮选药剂射流乳化装置自动控制系统的设计

    Design of automatic control system for jet emulsification device of flotation reagent

    • 摘要: 为提高浮选药剂添加的精确度和分散程度,根据浮选药剂射流乳化装置的结构特点、工艺流程需求,确定主要参控环节,并结合实际控制需要确定控制系统的软硬件构成,选用先进的计算方法和控制模式,设计出浮选药剂射流乳化装置自动控制系统。射流乳化装置自动控制系统的应用,不但能够精确控制药剂添加量,而且功能较多,对于节省浮选药剂,提高药剂使用效率有着重要作用。

       

      Abstract: To add flotation reagent accurately and make them disperse availably,based on structural features and technological process of jet emulsification device of flotation reagent,major control points of the system are determined; and then according to actual operation,determined software and hardware,automatic control system for then jet emulsification device of flotation reagent is designed by advanced computing method and control mode. The application shows that the multifunctional system can control accurately and save dosage of added reagent.
