选煤工艺设计中介质流程计算自动化的研究

    Research on automation calculation of medium flow in coal preparation process design

    • 摘要: 为实现选煤工艺设计中介质流程计算的自动化,结合介质流程计算特点,对序贯模块法进行特殊处理,使其满足计算顺序的需要,再查找计算顺序,分析判断分流计算所需要的所有参数,最后套用公式完成介质流程计算。验证结果表明:基于序贯模块法的介质流程计算,不但可以保证介质系统平衡误差满足设计要求,而且能够实现介质流程计算的自动化,有利于节约人力、物力、时间等资源。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize automation calculation of medium flow in coal preparation process design,based on the characteristics of medium flow calculation,the special treatment is used on the sequential modular approach to meet the need of calculating order. Then the calculation order is searched to analysis and determine all parameters for the split flow calculation. Finally the formula is applied to end calculation. The results show that the method based on sequential modular approach can not only ensure the equilibrium error of the medium system to meet the design requirements,but also can realize the automation of the medium flow calculation,and save manpower,material resources,time and other resources
