磺氨基化腐植酸分散剂的制备及其对水煤浆性能的影响

    Preparation of sulfonated amino humic acid dispersant and its effect on the properties of coal water slurry

    • 摘要: 为了解决腐植酸系分散剂稳定性较差的问题,以腐植酸、甲醛、对氨基苯磺酸钠为主要原料,通过磺甲基化和缩聚反应,制备出一种新型磺氨基化腐植酸分散剂。通过红外光谱、核磁等手段对目标产物的结构进行表征,并将其应用到彬长煤制浆中,同时考察水煤浆的成浆性能、稳定性及目标产物与煤粒复合体系的Zeta电位。研究结果表明:该分散剂的分散性、稳定性均优于萘系分散剂,当其用量为0.50%时,可获得浓度高达67%的水煤浆,浆体表观粘度为705 m Pa·s;静置7 d时水煤浆的析水率为4.40%,析水较少且浆底仅有少量软沉淀;随着分散剂用量的增大,Zeta电位的绝对值越来越大,水煤浆的稳定性显著提高。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve stability of humic acid dispersant,using humic acid,formaldehyde and sodium sulfanilate,a new sulfonated amino humic acid was prepared by sulfomethylation and polycondensation reaction; described by IR,1HNMR etc.,the product was used for coal water slurry preparation in Binchang,in the meantime ability to slurry preparation,stability of coal water slurry,compound of coal and product were investigated. The results showed that this dispersant was superior to naphthalene one in dispersity,stability; especially at dosage of 0. 50%,coal water slurry up to concentration of 67% was obtained,with 705 m Pa·s apparent viscosity; when it stood 7 days,the water separation rate was only 4. 40% with a little soft precipitation; with increasing the amount of dispersant,the greater absolute value of Zeta potential,the better stability of coal water slurry.
