基于数值模拟的旋流器圆锥角对分选效果的影响研究与应用

摘要: 采用计算流体力学技术,结合重介质旋流器分选机理,对不同圆锥角结构参数条件下的重介质旋流器内部流场进行了仿真模拟研究,得出圆锥角对旋流器内速度场和压力场的影响规律:随着圆锥角度的增大,零轴速包络面的大小相应改变,增加了旋流器有效分选区域,旋流器内轴向速度与压强增大,分选密度提高,可有效控制矸石带煤情况。Abstract: Based on CFD and separation principle of dense medium cyclone,through analogue stimulation study of flow field inside cyclones under condition of different cone angles,the effect of cone angle on velocity field and pressure field inside cyclone is obtained. With the increase of cone angle,the size of zero axial velocity surface is changed,and then effective separation area of cyclone become bigger,which can increase axial velocity and pressure inside cyclone,improve separation density to prevent coal losing in reject.
