新型双溢流水力旋流器分级试验研究

    Experimental research on classification of new hydrocyclone with double overflow

    • 摘要: 为了解决传统水力分级旋流器结构缺陷导致的短路流污染产品的问题,设计了一种新型双溢流水力旋流器,并搭建了试验平台。试验结果表明,双溢流水力旋流器的结构设计实现了双溢流、产出三种粒度级物料的设计目标,在入料<0.045 mm粒级含量为62.25%的条件下,内溢流产物均<0.045 mm,外溢流产物中<0.045 mm粒级89.23%,底流产物中<0.045 mm粒级25.24%。

       

      Abstract: Traditional hydrocyclone,for its inherent structural weaknesses,often causes short-circuit problem and pollutes the products thereby,in order to improve this problem,a new equipment with double overflow is designed,as well as test platform is built. The test results show that the new structure can achieve design objective producing three particle size materials and double overflow. When the content of minus 0. 045 mm materials in feed is up to 62. 25%,only minus 0. 045 mm materials is included in the entire inner overflow,while it reaches 89. 23% in outer overflow,and 25. 24% in underflow.
