有压重介旋流器选煤过程中混料泵对次生煤泥的影响研究

    Research on effect of mixing pump on secondary coal slime in the process of pressure-fed dense medium cyclone separation

    • 摘要: 为了定量探究有压重介旋流器选煤过程中混料泵对次生煤泥的影响,首先分析研究了约翰芬雷工程技术集团公司潘北分公司重介生产数据,得出在产生次生煤泥的三个主要环节中,混料桶对于次生煤泥量的产生贡献最大,混料泵的影响较小。为详细探究有压重介选煤过程中混料泵对次生煤泥的影响,又详细分析了约翰芬雷工程技术集团公司黄陵分公司和阳城分公司的生产数据,得出了两厂混料泵产生的次生煤泥量分别1.72%、1.64%,表明了混料泵对次生煤泥的影响并不明显。

       

      Abstract: To make quantitative study of the effect of mixing pump on secondary coal slime in the process of pressure-fed dense medium cyclone separation,Firstly,though analyzing production data from Panbei branch of John Finlay Engineering & Technology Group of Company,the most important influence on secondary coal slime is mixing tanks among the three key processes producing the slime,while the mixing pump has little influence on it. To fully explore the effect of mixing pump on secondary coal slime,based on the production data from Huangling branch,Yangcheng branch of John Finlay Engineering & Technology Group of Company,the amount of secondary coal slime in the two plants is up to 1. 72%,1. 64% respectively,which shows that mixing pump has no obvious effect on it.
