井下千米钻机煤泥水就地循环利用工艺研究

    Research on on-site coal slurry recycling technology for underground kilometer drilling rig

    • 摘要: 煤矿井下千米钻机是一个既用清水又排污水的耗水大户,供、排水压力巨大。文章以千米钻机用水水质要求作为系统工艺研究指标(含固率不高于20 mg/L,pH=6~8),对钻孔污水进行了固液分离及精密过滤技术研究,形成了一套井下煤泥水就地处理及净化系统,实现了井下钻孔煤泥水就地澄清再利用,煤泥直接成饼装车。该工艺既可解决钻机清水耗费量大,又可解决井下排污难、污染环境等问题,缓解水资源短缺的矛盾,同时节省大量供、排水能耗。

       

      Abstract: Kilometer drilling rig in underground coalmine often uses too much water in form of clean and sewage water,which brings a lot of pressure to water supply and drainage. On the basis of technological index of quality of water for this equipment(the content of solid less than or equal to 20 mg / L,p H = 6 ~8),through study of solid-liquid separation of sewage water from drilling hole and its precise filtration technology,a set of on-site coal slurry processing and clarification system in underground coalmine is developed for recycling,which can complete filter cake loading directly. This technology can not only save water,but also tackle many problems in underground coalmine,such as environment pollution,difficult sewage disposal etc.
