太西煤煅烧过程中的矿物迁移与石墨化研究

    Research on minerals transfer and graphitization during Taixi coal calcinations

    • 摘要: 为研究太西煤煅烧过程中的矿物质迁移过程以及石墨化规律,采用高温炭化试验以及XRD表征手段,对太西低灰煤进行了研究。试验结果表明:太西煤低密度组分中的矿物以粘土类矿物为主,并伴有少量碳酸盐矿物;煤中矿物在炭化焙烧和石墨化煅烧过程中发生了分解和重结晶反应,煤基炭素的石墨化率主要取决于石墨化温度,当炉温达到2 450℃时,石墨化率可以达到97%左右;不同类型的煅烧炉中成灰矿物的析出有较大差异,在合适温度下,滚筒式炭化的矿物析出量最大。

       

      Abstract: To understand the rule of minerals transfer and graphitization during Taixi coal calcinations,Taixi low-ash coal is studied by high temperature carbonization test and TDA. The results show that the low density component in Taixi coal contains abundant clay and a little carbonate minerals. The minerals in coal is decomposed and achieves recrystal in the process of carbonization and graphitization calcinations,and graphitization of coal-based carbon is subject to the temperature,which is up to 97% at 2 450 ℃. What ’ more,different calcining furnaces have bigger difference in separating minerals out,while the most minerals separated out happens in the drum furnaces under the appropiate temperature.
