HW12筛板在城郊选煤厂粒煤回收中的研究与应用

Research on HW12 screen plate for granular coal recovery in Chengjiao coal preparation plant and its application

摘要: 为解决城郊选煤厂分级筛筛孔堵塞、跑末而导致的粒煤产品限下率超标的问题,研发出适于8 mm粒煤产品分级的HW12筛板。现场应用结果表明:HW12筛板筛分效率达到86%⁹1%,堵孔率低于10%,筛板使用寿命在6个月以上,从而有效解决了粒煤产品限下率超标的问题。

Abstract: To control granular coal undersize fraction caused by screen aperture blocking of sizing screen in chengjiao coal preparation plant,HW12 screen plate is researched and developed,which is suitable for coal sizing at 8 mm. The application shows that the screening efficiency of this plate is up to between 86% and 91%,with less than 10% aperture blocking ratio and more than six month service life. It has improved efficiently granular coal undersize fraction.
