摘要: 分析了麻家梁选煤厂介质消耗量大的主要原因,并提出了有针对性的解决方案,通过严把介质质量关、增加磁选机的入料稳定性、严控杂物与加强设备管理,有效地降低了介质消耗,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract: Through analysis of the main reasons causing plenty of medium consumption,the practical solutions are proposed,which includes strict control of medium quality and the waste,improvement in stability of feed into magnetic separator and equipment management. These applications can reduce effectively medium consumption and obtain better economic benefits.
