固硫助剂对煤炭燃中固硫效果的影响研究

Effect of addition of sulfur fixing agent on sulfur fixation result in coal combustion

摘要: 为提高煤炭燃中固硫效果,以CaCO₃作为固硫剂,分别以Al₂O₃、Fe₂O₃、Na₂CO₃、C₉H₈Na₂O₄作为固硫助剂,探索不同燃烧温度下不同固硫助剂及其用量对固硫效果的影响。试验结果表明:四种固硫助剂中Na₂CO₃对煤炭燃中固硫效果的促进作用最明显,以其作为固硫助剂时,低温条件下的固硫率高达63.64%,高温条件下的固硫率可达38.18%。

Abstract: For better sulfur fixing result in coal combustion,testing work is made with Ca CO₃ as sulfur fixing agent and Al₂O₃,Fe₂O₃,Na₂CO₃ and C₉H₈Na₂O₄ as fixing aids at varying burning temperature and proportionings of each kind of fixing aids. As evidenced by test result,among the 4 kinds of fixing aids,Na₂CO₃ can produce the most remarkable effect. With Na₂CO₃ as an aid,the sulfur retention rate is up to 63. 64% under low burning temperature and high as 38. 18 under high burning temperature.
